This lecture is packed with powerful, practical close-up magic designed for real-world performance.
The material focuses on strong audience reactions, clever but workable methods, and routines that professionals actually use!
Attendees will learn commercial card magic, visual magic with everyday objects, and modern handlings of classic plots - all tested in professional performance environments.
1. Regal's Roundhouse - Jamie's modern handling of David Regal's classic plot where no card is selected, yet the impossible reveal hits incredibly hard. This routine received a standing ovation during Jamie's lecture at the Blackpool Magic Convention.
2. Sticker Kicker - Jamie's award-winning routine (Penguin Magic Trick of the Year) that combines a fun premise with a shocking and memorable finale.
3. 2Face - A powerhouse two-phase card routine created with David Jonathan that blends visual magic with a clever structure that leaves audiences stunned.
4. I Suck at Poker - A comedic and baffling routine where the magician claims he has no idea how to play poker, yet impossibly locates all four aces.
5. Wait, What? - Jamie's hands-off ACAAN where the card and number match perfectly using a borrowed deck. and the magician never touches the cards.
6. I-Paper - A visual piece of modern magic where a borrowed mobile phone is scrunched up like paper and restored - with no switches or gimmicks.
